We begin lean and consulting-first. The founder leads technical delivery and client relationships, with specialist and execution support brought in where the engagement requires it. That structure keeps the advice direct, accountable, and aligned with the owner’s outcome.

Fosu-Gyeabour Awuah is a Certified Energy Manager whose background spans Building Engineering, facilities leadership, and building-management-system design across institutional and commercial environments.

That blend of energy, controls, projects, and facilities is the foundation of Apex’s approach: diagnose the real condition, connect technical findings to cost and risk, and give the owner a practical path forward.

He completed his master's degree in 2024.
