This notice applies to information handled through apxcompass.com by Apex Consulting Group, the public-facing brand of Apex Building Maintenance & Services Ltd. References to “Apex,” “we,” or “us” mean that organization.

You may provide your name, email address, organization, location, facility or project details, and enquiry content. The current contact and founding-program forms prepare an email in your own email application; the website does not store the submitted form fields.
3. DIY Energy and future accounts
The seven free DIY Energy tools are currently open and require no account. Calculator inputs and results run in your browser and are not saved by Apex. Registration, saved projects, billing, and persistent analysis may be introduced later only with an updated notice and appropriate controls.
4. Why information is used
Information may be used to respond to enquiries, assess a potential engagement, arrange a discovery call, provide requested services, secure the website, and meet legal or professional obligations. Apex will not sell personal information.

Essential hosting and authentication technologies may process device, browser, security, session, and request information. Apex has not activated advertising cookies. Analytics will not be added without an updated notice and appropriate configuration.
